Our story
It started with Jackie.
Jackie was organized and reliable from day one. But the moment the work turned to marketing, she needed more than instructions. She needed context, training, and someone in her corner. Once she got it, from brand messaging to social, email, and creative thinking, she stopped being help and became part of the company's momentum. Vamped exists to create more of that, for more businesses and more assistants.
Founder Alexis Krisay saw the same thing happen again and again in more than 20 years of serving clients at Serendipit, her marketing agency. So she built the support she wished had existed. Today Jackie is Vamped's integration and systems coach: she trains every new assistant on the tools and the daily flow, and checks in with them through their first week.
