The short version
We collect what we need to run Vamped and serve you. We don’t sell your personal information.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us, like your name, email, phone, and business, through forms, email, or when you book a call.
- Scheduling details when you book through Calendly.
- Billing details, handled by our payment processor. We don’t store full card numbers.
- Application details if you apply to the Vamped Talent Network, such as your resume, links, and introduction video.
- Basic website usage data through cookies and analytics.
How we use it
To respond to you, schedule calls, deliver and bill for our services, match and coach assistants, review talent applications, send updates you’ve asked for, and improve our website.
Who we share it with
Only with the service providers that help us run Vamped, like our website platform (Kajabi), scheduling (Calendly), payments, email, and forms. When you become a client, we share what your assistant needs to do the job. We may also share information when the law requires it.
Your business information
Anything your assistant sees while working for you stays confidential and is used only to deliver our services.
Working across borders
Our assistants are based around the world, so your information may be accessed from other countries. We apply the same protections wherever the work happens.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your personal information, and you can unsubscribe from our emails at any time. Email [email protected].
Keeping it safe
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we update this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new effective date.
