Terms of Service
Effective date:10/06/2026
Who we are
These terms cover the services Vamped provides through Serendipit LLC (“Vamped,” “we”). By booking, buying, or using our services or this website, you agree to them. If you sign a separate service agreement with us, that agreement wins wherever the two differ.
What we do
Vamped designs roles, matches businesses with trained virtual assistants, onboards them, and coaches them. The exact scope of your role is set in your service agreement and onboarding plan.
Fees and billing
Each role has a monthly fee. Every placement also has a one-time $2,500 onboarding fee, billed separately and never discounted. Quarterly and annual plans are paid in advance at the published discount. If a payment is late, we may pause services until it’s resolved.
Canceling
You can cancel a monthly plan with 30 days’ written notice. Prepaid quarterly and annual plans run through the end of the prepaid term. If you choose to cancel, a 30 day out will be applied and you will be refunded the additional funds past that timeframe, if applicable.
Our right-fit promise
If your assistant isn’t the right fit, tell us. We’ll find a replacement and cover the onboarding cost.
Your part
You’ll give your assistant the access, information, and timely feedback they need. You stay responsible for your business decisions, and for approving anything that goes out in your name. Please don’t ask an assistant to do anything illegal or unsafe.
Confidentiality
We and our assistants keep your business information confidential and use it only to deliver our services.
Who owns the work
Once it’s paid for, work your assistant creates for your business is yours. Vamped keeps ownership of its own training materials, templates, and methods.
No guaranteed results
We work hard to make your assistant successful, but we can’t guarantee specific business outcomes like revenue or sales.
Using this website
The content on this site belongs to Vamped. Please don’t copy it or use the site in a way that harms it or other visitors.
Changes
We may update these terms. We’ll post the new version here with a new effective date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona.
