A direct hire gets you a person. Vamped gets you a person we found through real relationships, plus the role design, onboarding built around your brand, small-cohort coaching, an AI toolkit they're trained to use, and a replacement if the fit isn't right. That's the work that usually falls back on you.
No. The onboarding fee is billed once, separately from your monthly rate, and isn't included in quarterly or annual discounts.
Yes. Prepay quarterly and save 6%, or prepay annually and save 10%.

The dependable promise is consistent ownership of outreach, follow-up, CRM activity, bookings, and pipeline movement. Closing can become part of the role when experience, role fit, and performance line up.
It's rare, but if it happens, we find you a new assistant and cover the onboarding cost.

Vamped Coaching is $750/month, plus a one-time $2,500 onboarding.
